brakeaware’s representatives offer advice and guidance on their product in good faith, but the company will not accept responsibility for any errors that occur due to misunderstanding or misinterpretation of information. The onus is on the customer to clarify all details of an order and to ensure that we at brakeaware have received the correct information regarding the goods to be purchased.
Delivery
Our aim at brakeaware is to ensure that you receive your merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
Orders received will be despatched the following working day.
Your merchandise will be delivered via Royal Mail.
Recorded delivery.
Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery.
£4.95 charge per delivery of 1-4 brakeaware products. Anymore than 4 please contact for any increase in delivery charges.
In the event that our product is out of stock we will contact you to discuss when the item will be available for delivery.
Goods shall have sufficient packaging to prevent transit damage and any damage to packaging should be recorded and notified to brakeaware at the earliest opportunity.
No subsequent claims for damage to packaging will be accepted.
brakeaware will make every effort to meet specified delivery dates and to communicate any potential change, but will not take responsibility for goods failing to be delivered on a specific date or time and any impact this may have on customers’ arrangements.
Guarantee
brakeaware offers a 12 month guarantee for failure . We will send out a replacement on receipt and inspection of failed product.
Fitting of product
The onus is on the customer to have brakeaware fitted by a qualified auto electrician. brakeaware cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to a vehicle due to the incorrect fitting of our product.
Payment
Payment for all goods is required before goods are despatched and no credit terms are available. Customers paying via PayPal using credit cards will enjoy the usual level of protection and customers statutory rights will apply.
